Originally a fishing village, Corrallejo today is pretty tourist town and a prime holiday destination on the island. The ideal spot for windsurfing and kite surfing thanks to climate conditions, Corrallejo offers various shops selling or hiring the equipment for these sports. This is an enchanting area with plenty of uncontaminated beaches and sand dunes in the Corrallejo Natural Park that stretch for 10 km along the eastern coast.
